Morning Concert on WUOT
Weekdays from 9-12 p.m.
The Monday program starts off with "Mystery Melody Monday" inviting listeners to identify the music selected. "First Friday" is Melony's request show heard morning's on the first Friday of each month. Listeners can send in requests via email to mgdodson@utk.edu or by phone at 865-974-5541, or send them on our Facebook page.
Composers Datebook airs at approximately 10 a.m.
Note: playlists are not posted during fund drive weeks in the spring and fall.

Melony Dodson talks with New York Philharmonic Concertmaster, Frank Huang. Huang is in residency for a week at the University of Tennessee College of Music, where he is leading masterclasses and rehearsing with the UT Symphony Orchestra, which will culminate in a performance of the Sibelius Violin Concerto on September 16 at 7:30pm.

Melony Dodson talks with Knoxville Symphony Orchestra Music Director, Aram Demirjian, and Concertmaster, William Shaub about the upcoming KSO Chamber Classics Concert. The performance is Sunday, September 17th at 2:30pm in the Bijou Theatre in downtown Knoxville. The orchestra will perform music by Mozart, Ethel Smyth, and Knoxville-based composer, Jorge Variego.
