Thank you. They’re just two little words, and they seem insignificant considering how much we truly appreciate all of the listeners who renewed their memberships or became first-time members of WUOT during our fall fund drive Nov. 11-16, as well as all of the people and organizations that helped make this drive possible.
We mean those two words wholeheartedly. We tell you how we need your help to pay for programming, and you call or donate online at wuot.org. We tell you how we have a goal of 400 pledges to help a community cause, and you exceed that. We ask you to support WUOT. And you do it. Your generosity consistently blows us away. And we are so grateful.
Grateful for our loyal renewing and brand-new members.
Grateful for our good-natured and tireless volunteers.
Grateful for the following businesses and organizations for donating food, water, and toll-free phone lines: Access America,Aubrey’s,Bennett’s Pit Bar-B-Que,Cities Cupcake Boutique,The Golden Roast Espresso Café,Holly’s Eventful Dining,The Lunchbox Market & Café,Mama's Farmhouse,MoJoe’s Trailside Coffeehouse,Three Rivers Market,The Tomato Head and
Tupelo Honey Café, Knoxville.
Grateful for individuals and businesses that issued challenges to encourage listeners to give.
Grateful for the community partners like Tennessee Valley Coalition to End Homelessness, East Tennessee Children’s Hospital and Delta Dental of Tennessee that help us give back to the community.
If you didn’t have a chance to donate this week, it’s not too late. We received almost $162K in pledges/donations this week, and that’s about 82% of goal, so a little more would be most welcome! You can give online at wuot.org or call 865-974-9558, and we’ll be happy to help you be part of the generous community that makes WUOT possible.
This public radio station exists because of you. We’re so proud to serve you.
With sincere gratitude, we say “Thank YOU.”
