Oak Ridge nuclear scientist and city historian Bill Wilcox died this week at age 90. Wilcox arrived in Oak Ridge in 1943 and worked as a nuclear chemist on the Manhattan Project. He spent the rest of his life recording the history of the project and the city of Oak Ridge.
