Politics of the 2010 Census: Former US Census Bureau Director C. Louis Kincannon

The US Census Bureau is conducting its decennial report of Americans this year. In March, forms will be sent to every residence in the United States and Puerto Rico. The information gathered in the Census helps decide how federal funding is divided up. Census information is also used to divvy up the seats in the US Congress.
