Knox County Appointments

Yesterday, the Knox County Commission successfully filled a dozen open county positions during a special meeting. These are the same positions the commission attempted to fill in January of 2007. But that meeting was marked by back-room deals and political maneuvering. Eventually, a Knox County court overturned the appointments. This time, the Commission took an entirely new approach.
