Fois Gras study

A University of Tennessee professor of Medicine has found a link between food and certain diseases caused by amaloyd proteins, like Alzheimer's and rheumatoid arthritis. Dr. Alan Solomon of the UT Graduate School of Medicine led research on foie gras.
