Laughter and Politics

A conference on Laughter and America's Political Personality was held Friday October 28 at the University of Tennessee's Howard Baker Center for Public Policy. A number of current and former legislators and three political humorists participated. One panel member was Mark Katz, speech writer for President Bill Clinton.
