Event Description

Portraits of children from diverse backgrounds from historical and current times are on exhibit at the Children’s Museum of Oak Ridge through March 31. “The Firefly Exhibit: The Power of Children,” a series of 40 portraits by Oak Ridge artist Nadine Egnatios on exhibit in the Imagination Gallery at the Children’s Museum of Oak Ridge, highlights children from many cultures and eras who have inspired the artist. The Children’s Museum, at 461 West Outer Drive in Oak Ridge, is open from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, and 1-4 p.m. Sunday. (Note that hours change on weekends, and the Museum is closed Mondays.)
