Event Description

Save the Date! Monday, January 15th at 6pm, United Campus Workers-CWA Local 3865 & Jobs with Justice of East TN & the Knox-Oak Ridge Area Central Labor Council's 8th Annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Celebration. This annual event brings together workers and families across campus and community to celebrate Dr. King's legacy and inspire further work for racial and economic justice with a potluck dinner and guest speaker Bob Zellner, a veteran of the Student Non Violent Coordinating Committee and the broader Civil Rights Movement Childcare, ASL & Spanish interpretation provided: - Please RSVP by Monday, January 8 to 877-292-3865 or melanie@ucw-cwa.org.
